chore(wolf): update memory index; add simulator REPL notes

Captured simulator REPL session findings from bug-1790 verification:
incorrect maxswap resource value display and a suggestion to show
per-worker slot allocation counts in `info worker` output.

Improvement:
- It will be better to show number of slots allocated in the worker node, so following will be better?
