chore(openwolf): sync anatomy index, memory log, and cerebrum notes

Hook-maintained OpenWolf bookkeeping accumulated across this session's
work (controller-status Req 13 delta, deploy-ha.sh sudo-orphan fix,
xceadmin --controller failover-list fix).
