chore(wolf): update anatomy index and memory log
OpenWolf hook-maintained project bookkeeping, reflecting this session's work across three shipped specs (scheduler-sim-repl-verbosity, scheduler-sim-step-verbosity, scheduler-sim-reconcile-terminal-guard), the go_build_improve merge, and the xce-build skill fix.
