fix(lib): name the newer opcodes in xce_request_op_name

schedAdmin, jobStateQuery, jobStateReport and the new notifyAcked
(bug-1741) all logged as "opcode unknown" in the controller's request
trace -- e.g. the bug-1741 factstream soak showed 373 "unknown" requests
that were really acknowledged job reports.
