f780a1660a A-batch admin-plane fixes: rusage unit name, XCE_JOBID identity, select WARN, CLI env, docs
rusage collection (merge cb0c7fe9 regression, root cause of 0 counters):
- collect_job_rusages builds the systemd unit name with
  make_job_sd_unit_name (four-segment fmt_jobid_ex form) instead of a bare
%lu of the packed uint64, so the D-Bus property lookups hit the real
per-job unit again. E2E on t1: DONE job reports max_mem/avg_mem/cpu_time
  non-zero (previously all 0).

XCE_JOBID written identity:
- exdata sets XCE_JOBID via fmt_jobid (four-segment
  cluster-apiserver-timestamp-seq) instead of a bare packed decimal;
  XCE_JOBINDEX handling unchanged.
- xrun parses XCE_JOBID with parse_jobid (accepts the four-segment form);
a bare decimal no longer round-trips through the written identity.
- E2E on t1: job sees XCE_JOBID=<submit id>; xrun remote-start round-trip
to another host matches the job.

select WARN (silent degradation):
- parse_resreq_primary WARNs when a select references an unregistered
resource ("...references an unregistered resource -- dropping the select
and skipping any rusage[] clause of this primary") instead of failing
silently; scheduler log shows the WARN on t1 and the job schedules
  without the constraint.

CLI env handling (unit-tested; subEnvVars is not flag-bound so this is
not reachable from the production CLI):
- getEnvironmentVariables keeps B=b=c (split at first '=') and warns +
drops a bare key or an '=value' fragment instead of silently mis-parsing.

Docs:
- src/docs/xce.md: document the dead-clause semantics (select/rusage
primary drop behavior) matching the WARN.

bug-1972 (test-only UAF): test_job_live_gc asserted job destruction by
reading refcount from the freed job; rewrite the assertion to observe
destruction without touching freed memory. controller_unit_test is green
again (1354 tests).

Regenerate 3 repl_trace_baseline fixtures whose baselines shifted with the
select-WARN logging; replay tests green.

Spec naming: external-license-resources design.md/brief.md fix the
self-referential daemon-name note (old drafts said xceextresd/extresd).

Verified on t1: rusage_burn job (counters non-zero in DONE), echo_env job
(four-segment XCE_JOBID), select[nosuchres] job (WARN + schedules),
xrun t2 remote-start round-trip, CLI env unit tests, xcelib 762 /
controller 1354 / worker exdata 8+11 / sched repl_trace 4+14+4+10+17
tests green.

4f188310ba worker: reap unattached TTY jobs via ttyd watchdog with real-pid resolution
An attach job (xcecli -I without --browse) that no client ever connects
to sat in RUN forever: ttyd only starts the job command on the first
websocket client, so with no client the command never runs, ttyd never
exits, and the job holds its ttyd, port and per-job worker indefinitely.

New exdata key "attach":1, set by the CLI for TTY jobs that are not
--browse and carried through the apiserver's extendDataMap to the
worker's transfer_info->attach_mode. For such jobs the worker starts a
1 s watchdog when the job process starts:

- no client attached within 60 s -> reap ttyd (SIGKILL to the monitored
tree), job EXITs with status message "No client attached within 60 s"
- client came and the command ran and exited -> give ttyd 5 s to stop
on its own (-Q), then reap: "Command exited; ttyd did not stop on its
  own"

The reap lands in the regular process_exit_callback path (JOB_EXITED,
status reason, post-exec, worker exit), so kill and cleanup behave like
any other job termination.

Field-critical detail: uv_proc_get_pid returns the "/bin/sh -c ttyd ..."
wrapper pid, and sh does not reliably exec -- on the field ttyd runs as
a child of the wrapper. Judging the wrapper's children would see ttyd
itself as "the command has started" and never reap. The watchdog
resolves the real ttyd pid first (/proc/<pid>/comm walk down through
the sh wrapper, capped depth) and judges client activity by the real
ttyd's children; killing still goes through the monitored wrapper tree
so both topologies (exec'd or forked) are covered.

Web-viewed sessions (--browse / DISPLAY) are untouched: no attach
exdata, no watchdog -- ttyd stays until a browser connects or the job
is killed, as before.

Attach failure on the CLI side prints that the job will be cleaned up
by the worker if no client attaches within 60 s.

Tests: xcecli (attach flag matrix), apiserver controllers (attach
exdata end-to-end in ExtendData), worker native suites; live t1
cluster: normal attach completes DONE with no residue, unattached job
EXITs at ~60 s with the reason in the worker log and port released,
Ctrl-C-then-wait completes when the command ends, --browse job stays
RUN past 60 s and kills cleanly.

6ce7bdbe11 xcecli: backoff poll cadence and suspend tolerance for -I URL wait
waitForInteractiveURL polled PEND every 5s, adding ~4.4s of dead time
to every interactive submit (the job typically reaches RUN with its
session URL ~0.6s after submit once the apiserver applies the
controller's jobPidInfo push), and the RUN-but-no-URL-yet round waited
another 2s. Front-load fast 500ms polls (10 rounds) so a normally
dispatched job attaches within ~1s, then back off to 2s so a job stuck
in a long queue costs the server a query every couple of seconds
instead of a permanent 2 qps; the RUN race polls 500ms too.

checkJobStatus also failed the wait outright on any state other than
PEND/RUN: treat PSUSP like PEND (still queued), and USUSP/SSUSP/
TRANSIENT as keep-waiting states — the allocation is held, a resume
(or failover settle) may follow, and tearing down the attach on a
transient state is wrong.

Cluster-verified on t1: submit-to-attach-attempt 0.56-1.08s across
three runs (previously ~6s even after the jobPidInfo fix), full
submit/run/finish lifecycle clean, daemons healthy.

feat(job-array-one-based-index): xcecli submit shows the array (task 8.3)
Submitting an array prints the server's message with the array ID in
written form (no [k]) and the element count, e.g.
'Job <0-0-...> is submitted to queue <normal> (3 elements).'; ordinary
submits print exactly as before. The client model mirrors array_size.
Submit help documents name[1-N] and name[1], numbering from 1 and the
API-server limit (default 1000, at most 32767).

fix(xcecli): assert own hostname as FROM_HOST at submission time (bug-1676, gitea #44)
JobSubmitRequest gains a FromHost field, populated in BuildJobRequest()
via os.Hostname(). Matches how traditional batch schedulers report the
submitting host, and sidesteps having the server derive it from the
connection (which apiserver was doing via ctx.ClientIP() -- an IP not
a hostname, and spoofable via X-Forwarded-For since this apiserver
never configures gin's TrustedProxies).
