New xce-test-multihost skill deploys one controller/scheduler node plus two named xcecd_virtual workers, following xce-test-resources's single-node deploy pattern and xce-test-ha's pre-flight zombie-process/ port-check convention (chosen over a fresh-mktemp-per-run model specifically because a meaningful pre-flight check needs a stable directory -- see tasks.md's Implementation Notes). Confirms all four roles join via their own log lines and tears down cleanly with a HARNESS_READY sentinel. No job scenario wired in yet -- that's tasks 4.2/4.3.
