lei.chen 03b7238f68 chore(wolf): restore OPENWOLF.md protocol + fresh anatomy/memory session state 
The Aug 30 scheduler-framework merge (3b6f53bb) dropped .wolf/OPENWOLF.md,
anatomy.md and memory.md (Rongsong's tree carries no .wolf state); CLAUDE.md
@-includes OPENWOLF.md, so the session protocol has been silently missing
since. Restore the protocol verbatim (ba4e5fd2) and commit the current
hardening-plan/Phase 0/1/HA-analysis bookkeeping.
