Confirmed directly: fresh build + meson test --suite worker, 5/5 OK. No source changes needed. Recorded the correct convention task 4.2 must follow (per-file Unity executable + explicit test() registration, not a controller-style aggregator runner) in tasks.md's Implementation Notes.
