New src/docs/chatbot-verification.md: reproducible steps to deploy the scheduler-agent stack on the t1/t2/t3 test cluster (AppImage build, store sync, controller/apiserver/scheduler/worker startup) and verify Phase 0-1 (login, mcp_operator API key, read ops, submit). Documents the vcpus quirk, setsid launch pattern, conf/current pointer mechanism, and known bugs (job-control HTTP 500 = bug-1490, HA election deadlock).
