Rongsong Shen b63bb581d4 chore(buglog): point fix references at the re-signed commit hashes ... The 16 commits since 534895c5 were re-signed (rebase --exec amend -S; tree unchanged), which changed their hashes. Update the buglog and the scheduler-allocation completion note to the new ones.
