Fixed via tasks.md Phase 6 -- endpoint_t.reconnect_gen counter (netio.h/xcectx.c) bumped on every successful transport reconnect, heartbeat.go's runHeartbeat replaced its failure-to-success transition detector with a per-tick generation comparison. Confirmed via live E2E re-run of task 5.2's exact scenario: rejoin fired 22s after primary kill (12s after new election) with zero write traffic for the preceding 5.5 minutes; a post-recovery diagnostic job submit correctly appeared via GET /xce/v1/jobs.",
