Pure audit, no code changes. Full repo-wide grep (188 hits) fully classified: every hit is either already fixed by tasks 3.1-3.4 or falls into one of design.md's named exclusion classes (.kiro/specs/** historical docs, vendor/**, dated historical records, roadmap.md's own backlog entry, OpenWolf's logs, run.sh:12's retained placeholder). Zero unaccounted hits. Independently re-run and confirmed exact match by the reviewer. Also flips the "1." and "3." container-header checkboxes now that all their children are done.
