chore: restore literal unicode in buglog.json (undo escape reformat) 
Task 5's own bug-1751 append re-serialized the whole file with
ensure_ascii=True, turning every existing em-dash/arrow into a \uXXXX
escape across 421 unrelated entries. No content changed - restoring
the literal characters to keep the file's history diffable.
