Open-ended dimension that walks .wolf/cerebrum.md's Decision Log section fresh each audit (not a fixed list, since the log grows over sessions) -- seeded with two candidates: no-timeout-as-hang-fix, and commit-first- then-reply ordering distinct from dimension 4's materialization-timing check.
