Dedicated-pthread pool isolated from the vtask pool; non-blocking slowlane_submit (0 enqueued / -EEXIST deduped / -EAGAIN cap-full-deferred), admission cap on running tasks, per-key in-flight dedup, run-exactly-once, drain+join fini.
