Rongsong Shen 9ed80c4a7c docs(deployment): explain why the built xceadmin venv needs nix develop ... --system-site-packages means pip skips vendoring click/pycapnp/pyyaml/ jsonschema since nix already provides them -- deliberate, to keep pycapnp's ABI-sensitive build pinned to the exact capnproto C library nix built it against.
