feat(buglog): one Markdown record per bug, checked against a record standard
The buglog was one 27K-line JSON file whose fields covered only symptom,
root cause and fix, as free text: 2% of entries named the code version a
bug was found on, 12% the build profile, 36% a way to reproduce, and 58% of
the file was OpenWolf hook auto-detections ("Missing guard clause",
"Function not marked async" on .md files).

- .claude/skills/buglog/bug-record.md: the record standard. Eight
  sections (Summary as the title, Description, Environment, Reproduction;
Root cause, Fix, Verification, References once fixed), each with the
content it must contain -- e.g. Environment needs the OS, the libc the
failing binary loads (from its ELF interpreter: glibc 2.42 in the nix
shell vs 2.40 on the host), toolchain, build profile and commit.
- .wolf/bugs/<id>.md: 500 records migrated from buglog.json; every field
verified to round-trip. They carry legacy: true and an explicit "not
recorded" where the old log had no such field; component derived from
file paths, severity from keywords (else unknown), fix_commits from
hashes in status_note/fix that git resolves (91 of 463 fixed).
- .wolf/buglog-archive.json: the 710 hook auto-detections, verbatim.
- .wolf/buglog.json is now an index generated from the records, keeping
the fields OpenWolf's hooks and `openwolf bug search` read.
- scripts/buglog.py rewritten: new (template + Environment collected from
the machine and --binary), check, status (refuses a status the record
doesn't support; fixed needs Root cause, Fix, Verification and
--commit hashes git resolves), note, recur, set, show, list, triage,
env, index. 29 unittest cases in scripts/tests/test_buglog.py.
- scripts/git-hooks/pre-commit runs `check --staged`: incomplete staged
records, a legacy record hand-changed to fixed without the fix-time
sections, a new record claiming legacy: true, or a stale index refuse
  the commit.
- scripts/gitea-sync.py reads the records: issue body = the record's
sections plus linked fix commits (origin remote, GITEA_COMMIT_REPO to
override), and a body hash so an issue's text is refreshed when the
  record changes.
- bug-1866 rewritten to the full standard as the worked example.

bug-1761: cli-ux audit of xce_scheduler's --interactive REPL (scheduler-sim-repl-verbosity spec discussion)…

Description

cli-ux audit of xce_scheduler's --interactive REPL (scheduler-sim-repl-verbosity spec discussion): repl_cmd_delete() (repl_break.c) parses its argument with atoi(), which silently returns 0 on non-numeric input instead of signalling an error -- delete abc reports "[sim] delete: no breakpoint with id 0" (a well-formed-but-missing-id message) rather than rejecting "abc" as not a number, masking an operator typo as a legitimate lookup miss.

Environment

Not recorded (migrated from buglog.json).

Reproduction

Not recorded (migrated from buglog.json).

Root cause

CONFIRMED via source read: repl_cmd_delete() used int id = atoi(tokens[1]); with no validation of atoi()'s return, unlike this file family's own documented "fail loud" convention -- repl.c's repl_cmd_step() doc comment explicitly rejects the equivalent atoi()-style silent-coercion failure mode and uses strtol()+endptr instead specifically to catch non-numeric/trailing-garbage input. delete's atoi() call was never updated to match when that convention was established, so delete abc/delete 1x both silently coerced to some numeric prefix (or 0) instead of erroring.

Fix

FIXED. repl_cmd_delete() (repl_break.c) now uses strtol()+endptr, mirroring repl_cmd_step()'s exact validation shape: rejects a token with no valid leading integer, trailing non-numeric garbage, or a non-positive value (breakpoint ids are assigned via pre-incremented next_bp_id in repl_cmd_break(), so 1 is the smallest id that can ever legitimately exist), printing "[sim] delete: '' is not a valid breakpoint id -- usage: delete |all" instead of silently proceeding. Added test_delete_non_numeric_id_rejected (test_repl_breakpoints_inspection.c, registered via RUN_TEST) covering "abc", "0", "-1", and "1x", all asserting the existing breakpoint is left untouched. Verified via /xce-build scheduler: clean compile, test_delete_non_numeric_id_rejected PASSed (testlog.txt confirms all 4 cases -- "abc", "0", "-1", "1x" -- hit the new rejection path), sched_repl_breakpoints_inspection_test suite OK. One unrelated pre-existing failure in the same run (test_job_rusage_reconciles_mem_reservation_against_usage, test_core_events.c) -- different file, different subsystem (mem-reservation reconciliation, not REPL/breakpoint parsing), not touched by this fix.
